We dispatch by Australia Post, Monday - Friday. Delivery time estimates used on this website are given by Australia Post, and are estimates only. We cannot guarantee these as confirmed delivery dates.

We only charge Australia Post rates for postage. We do not charge a packing and handling fee. We offer free postage on all orders over $100.

We post worldwide, should you need an estimate on postage costs please use the shopping cart page, after you have placed an item in the your cart.

Your order will be posted as soon as payment is received.

Exceptions to this being pre-orders of out of stock items. Please refer to our coming soon page for details.

Returns

We accept returns of all items purchased, if they are returned within 30 days. Refund or exchange is dependant on the following conditions:

• Items are not used
• Items have a manufacturing defect.
